I’m Tatha Lorenzen, a senior program leader with more than 20 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives across federal, healthcare, and financial-services environments. I lead by creating clarity around priorities, aligning stakeholders around decisions and outcomes, and bringing multiple workstreams together into a coordinated path to delivery.
